What training do I require to be a corporate trainer?

Do any of the local universities or colleges offer degrees in corporate training of courses? Looking forward to imput

I'm also looking for something on line.
I've in classroom as a chemist teacher, but corporate training is what I love the most. Speech classes is something good to start with. But most of all, I think that corporate training does not mean to make a classroom in the company. This is what should be avoided.

There are several programs nationwide, but as i'm sure you know they go under a variety of different titles. I would begin looking under human resources development were you can find a variety of programs, also instructions systems development or ISD is another avenue. The best bet is to lookup professional organizations, The primary org that comes to mind is ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) There are a variety of resources. would look at the job boards right now, and see what their minimum qualifications are and shoot for that target first. That was my plan and I just graduated with my M.ed in Training and Development from NCSU this weekend.
