Usually "Can you communicate well on the telephone ?" "Do you smile when you speak" ?

"What are your strengths ?"

"How do you solve a "problem" Give example of the most creative way
you solved/attempted to solve a problem and what was the result ?"

"How would you handle an irate client ?"

This didn't happen to me, but I have had friends in the industry who have been given a spelling test ! In this day and age of texting and email and other written communication, spelling is even more important than ever before.
