I was wondering what the agility test consisted of. I am applying in Missouri if that helps

In most cases it consists of running, situps and pushups. I'm not sure what MO's requirements are. I looked at St. Louis County not too long ago and it didn't really say what their time constraints on the running part or how many pushups/situps were required. For the DOC here in WA they don't require you to take the physical test at all, the police departments do, but the above mentioned things are pretty standard in physical testing.

Ability to run 300 yards, run up and down 3 steps, pull 150 pound 18 feet, and retrieve an object under a 17 inch gap. All that in under 2 minutes and 16 seconds. That's what it was for me at the state level.
