I use to work their. Money is horrible. No O.T. so you do not make anything. Now I work for Santa Clara County Jail. More money plus O.T.!!!!!! Merced County requires a 1.5 mile run, 500 yard sprint and a dummy drag. Forgot the time requirements but you will be tired and sore after the test. You will have to do the same thing in the Academy to graduate. Let me know if you need anything else. |
