Something's out of whack.... It shows an Associate Creative Director making 2k more than a Creative Director in the same area! Someone needs to crunch some real numbers....;~)

I am not sure what you're saying. An Associate Creative Director answers to a Creative Director, much the same way an Assistant Manager would answer to a Manager. Maybe the language barrier is preventing me from understanding your reply. Thanks anyway!
