Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming creative services director interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

You should expect these types of questions in these general areas:

ORGANIZATION
- what tools do you use to remain organized
- what tools do you use to communicate with key stakeholders
- can you manage multiple projects
- what is the biggest challenge you have overcome and how did you handle it
- describe your process for managing a project from beginning to end
- what experience do you have in setting up and maintaining job files

BUDGETING
- have you ever put together a budget or an estimate for 'X'
- how do you keep a project from going over budget
- describe your project estimating process
- do you have experience in selecting or managing vendors
- how would you deal with a project if you found it going over budget

STAFF MANAGEMENT
- describe your management style
- how would you say vendors enjoy working with you
- what is the smallest/largest staff you have managed
- what is your creating and maintaining a healthy, creative work environment
