Does anyone know what this company & it's affiliated branches like (Zions Bank) really look for in an employee? I've submitted for positions that were literally 2 positions below what I presently do & I've applied multiple times for these positions. They don't even send a denial letter when you don't qualify so it's very frustrating to figure out what they want. Please don't tell me they're one of these companies who use recruiters that think you need a Masters degree to do Data entry. |
