What i enjoy about my role is the decision making aspect.
Taking a decision to lend by identifying all risk and puting in place the necessary mitigants today which enhances the performance of that particular asset now and in the future.

I also enjoy the uniqueness of the different deals i see everyday. Every situation is different and requires different way of thinking.
