I got my promotion to Credit Risk Analyst due to my pro-active approach. Working with retail credits I created a simple scorecard for my own tasks using a trial version of visual credit risk modeling tool - Plug&Score. The tool was so easy with examples, and graphs are so beautiful for my boss, that I was appointed to this new job after I showed my "innovation". Then I spend a lot of weeks and months studying other risk modeling techniques, Basel II and so on, but I'm happy I got this job. |
