How did you get your start doing custodian work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Do you need a particular educational background?

I work for a school district. It is my first job and I didn't need much of a background. Just takes a good additutue, and ability to work well with others. Lead trainers help and other custodians help train. Easy aslong as you can follow directions
