Medicare health insurance advocate in Brooklyn, New York

Does anyone know of any New York City based healthcare insurance companies contracted to provide private Medicare insurance who are currently hiring for customer service? I've worked in the field for a few years now, and my former employment was secured through an outsourced bussiness solution company. Would prefer working directly for insurance company but if positions are outsourced which bussiness solution companies are being used to supply candidates?
