I'm in my first service advisor job. Just finished week one of training. I'm spinning my wheels in the area of putting the right service codes on the repair orders because I'm so green in this area and don't know when to use what code.

I'm very good in the customer service area and I'm good with computers, and these two areas have kept me from giving up. However, I need to get up to speed quick or I'll fail.

I have an excellent mentor, but he can only do so much because he's got his own hectic duties. Any tips for me?

what system are you using. adp, reynolds etc?
