In Australia you can do a Dip Bus (CCSM)Certified Customer Service Manager with us. It is self study and takes about 6 months.This is a growing career with many large organizations now appointing one. We recently worked with some of the major banks to train their Customer Service Advocates. CBD Consulting engage@cbdconsulting.net
