What are the best methods to use to re-enter the job market as a customer service manager once you have been away from the job for 8 years. I worked as a customer service manager for more than 15 years. I left the field and took a position as a executive assistant for Sales Executives. This afforded me the opportunity to be more available for my 5 year old who was starting school. I am now ready to get back to the excitment of interacting with external customers.

Hey so it's been a long time. Have you improved? if so, from professionally or personally.. what can you bring nowadays? I heard from napoleon hill's book TAGR that if you write out a proposal to your future employer, you can skip years of working till you get the management position again. I have a secret though, I use spiritual customer service.. which I guess is hard to duplicate. I even wrote a guide for it.
