I may be a prude, however the companies are sub-contracted and the standards are getting poor.
Is there any company out there that doesn't have former jail-birds trying to steal customers info. And you as the honest co-worker has to fix their mistakes.
Most call centers are sub-contracting & losing great employees.
Any comments?

After being in the customer service field for over 26 years I have found that employers like employees that have high stats and poor quality. Poor quality assures these companies more MONEY in their pockets because the customer has to contact them time and time again. Do your job poorly and have high stats you are guaranteed to keep your job.
