I've been to fourteen job interviews in the past month and having problems landing a job. I need help selling myself to the HR.
I have six years experience as a CSR, and I'm currently going to SDSU taking business admin. I study on what I'm suppose to say, and check out forum's on what to say to "sell" myself to the companies, but no luck in landing a position.
For those that landed a job, any tips?

Pomona,
I would start with, what is the feedback you are getting from those interviewers?

Are there any patterns?

If they say you need additional skill sets for the current market consider taking classes.

If they are nervous about your previous way-up-there experience and pay rate, focus on going to the skills necessary to complete the requirements of the job in question. And focus on the benefits of the company and specific job for what you want now in your life, and that you are willing to take a pay cut to gain what you seek.

Consider too, speaking with your college professors and alumni for additional insights. If I can help further let me know.

Best of Luck,
Keith
