This is the link to Direct Express...I have my social security put on my card every month. When you get your card you have to activate it and log on to this site and set up your account. Go to the "log into your card account" and set it up. You should be able to access it anytime...I do everyday. Praying this helps you.

Call the number on the back of your card. You will be asked the card number and pin number you selected. You will then be told what your balance is.
