How did you get your start doing customer service supervisor work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position? Do you need a particular educational background? |

Well that depends on the company, I am a css and I just started out on the sales floor, and demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, and leadership. Those are the two main things plus seniority to get you any type of supervisor job. As far as educational backround, you need a high school diploma/GED to be considered for the position. Buisness degrees or certificates looks good when you apply as well when you apply. Even some places requires them. Like I said it all depends on wich company you are established in. Good Luck =) |
