Beware, they will cut you off at the knees if you do not meet your quota of sales. There is absolutely no leeway.
They want aggressive salespersons ONLY.

Oh yeah, I forgot, They call this "Customer Service Techician". When I was hired in July of 2008 it was called "Retail Technical Support" and 90% of what we did was SALES. If you are a technician don't even apply.
We had a class of about 30 people, last I heard there was about 4 left.
Don't take my word for it, check it out before you apply, go to the store and talk to them.....

Yeah they called me about a customer care position. I dont want to waste my time going to the interview because they said its not a sales postion in its in verizon wireless so i dont know how that would work.
