I have been involved in maritime and boating industries for over 25 years. Have held positions on tour, tow, casino and taxi boats. Most jobs in the northern states are to seasonal. I would consider relocating to the fla area, if i new that it would be better. If anybody has any leads for a good position or if they know of any good job boards for the industry, please let me know.

Dear Somebody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I write from Houston. January 16th I will be headed toward LOUISIANA to hunt for work on platforms. I also would take any deckhand position. I am scouting from Cameron all the way up to Houma. I am trying to support my daughter and I wont do so well homeless and jobless. Please keep me in your prayers and if you have any leads I have a clean record, I have some experience as a deckhand. I am a hard worker though. Take special concern in engine room ---oil, oil change, fluids filters anything to keep ship up to par but more to learn. If you can help email me eldenelliselwood@yahoo.com.

Hi all! Please advice.

I am looking for a ship to join, preferably a larger Sailboat that will either cross the Pacific from Aus to America or the Atlantic from America to Europe/Africa.

I work hard with whatever you need and I dont require any salary as long as i can get a lift. I am flexible with dates and itineraries. Just want to work hard and learn from the best.

I speak english and swedish fluently, fairly well italian, basic french and have a fairly good understanding of spanish if that is of any help. please contact me on "c.peters@spray.se"

thanks

You're looking on the wrong website, mate.

You gotta look at some sites for sailing vessels and whatnot.

I am going on 29 an am trying everything that I can to provide for my family. I was in he Navy for a short period of time, and found sea life to be very appealing. However, things did not work out as I had hoped and I was forced to pursue other careers. I am currently in retail. It's too easy, the pay is weak, and I am over-all unsatisfied. I am a hard working individual who has always had love and respect for the sea. I would really like the chance to get out there and see if this is the answer that I have been looking for. My family deserves to be taken care of.
