I am considering pursuing a interview with Western Dental Services as a biller. I was wondering if any of you have ever worked or are currently working for Western Dental would be willing to share your working experiences with me. Do they begin wages on the low end or the competitive end? What kind of benefits they offer?

My husband is a dentist. Could you also share the pay scale (ie how do the dentist get paid straight salery, sal + comnission, or just commission, are their any procedure incentives,
