i am a cda a burly graduated back in August, I've been working in a dental office for 8 months and the doctor beryl made me permanment and full time like last month and I'm still making 9 dollars... so is it time for me to ask for a raise?

This is weird. I found my first office while I was studing at college. They offered me a part-time position. I already had my X-ray and coronal polishing certificates. The starting pay was $15 an hour, which was pretty standart.
I don't know about Oxnard, but I wouldn't work for at least $12-14 an hour. You have all your certificates, do you?
