Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming dental office manager interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

Do what you can prior to the interview to collect as much information as possible about the practice. Complement the office and organization of the practice (if applicable), dentists are more likely to hire someone who seems to have keen interest on making there practice improve . Some interviews will have generic questions, and it is almost impossible to script an interview. It is also helpful to ask specific goals that the person who fills this position will be expected to achieve, this will give you the opportunity to role play a little and explain how you would approach different issues. Again - the more the dentist/employer can visualize YOU in the position, the more likely you are to get the job.
