Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

I'm on a loan repayment program and there are classmates that make way more money than I do but since the state puts a huge amount onto my loan it doesn't matter what I make. My friends may be making more money than me but I know for a fact that they're not devoting as much money towards their loan as I am. I know dentists that have been out of school for over 5 years and some are still over $200K in debt with student loans. Non-profits are the way to go!

I am an experienced dentist who once had my own practice but have since worked for companies as a dental associate. Sadly, the realistic salary is $5000 per month.
