1.Expertise in all areas of construction as well as design.
2.First question to client" What do you want your home to say to people when they enter?"
3.Be on the job every day to pace the sub contractors as well as seeing making sure they do it right the first time, this is where your construction knowledge comes in.

Jeannie-as a designer you must also be able to make reports on trade shows and new design trends. In order to do this you must have a command of the English language and good typing skills. Based on your sentence -"]don't deney ( bad typing and misspelled word) a creative idea.
(Capitalize) trust in your imagination. (Capitalize) never use the woords (MW) "poor artist") - and your lack of proper grammar you will never be promoted within a design organization. Pay more attention in this area and take care with what you write as your future depends on it. This is from someone with 20 years in the design profession.
