Someone we know got a free invitation for Elusiva Connect Remote Assistance solution.
Can someone send us one, please. I can give you a one-year-old ThinkPad laptop as a payment.

I went to their website. [Assuming you were referring to www.elusiva.com/connect/ ]
No invitation is needed [at least not anymore].

I clicked FREE TRIAL and it worked.

I have Connect subscription. It's the best remote assistance there is.

Not like WebEx when I had to give users administrative access.
