Analytical - able to nut out the problem faster than the end-user
Highly communicative - Good communication skills when dealing with end-users and
management
Work well under pressure, able to prioritize - Lots of things tend to go wrong
at the same time when it comes
to Desktop support, you need to
keep your cool.
