Try obtaining the MCDST (Microsoft Desktop Support Technician) certification. Other good certs are Network+ & A+

Ok so I am looking for schools for this, how are the online courses? Are they any good???

Ok so I have been doing research for the desktop support specialist courses, can anyone tell me how good are the online courses, I can't seem to find any colleges by me that actually teach this course for certification. Can anyone give me any recommendations to help me out??? Thanks
