04 DT466 will not start

Road Rescue in Lynnwood, Washington

I have an 04 International 4300 with DT466 in it. Came out this morning, tried to start and it doesn't. It was pretty cold, 27-28F. last night. Cranks over but sounds dry. Plenty of fuel. Checked all the fuses - nothing. I am thinking oil pump, but hoping something minor. Any ideas?
