Iveco Daily Electronic Sliding Door, it wont close! cash waiting for someone who is an expert on these doors

Hello Everybody

i just joined this forum :D

i have an X registration (year 2000) Ex Parcel Force Van
and yes, the date is correct, even though the van is the 2nd Generation
here is a picture or two

i have had nothing but problems with the electronic sliding door on it since i bought it 4 years ago
well today the door finally packed in, all it does is just make a whirring noise when you press the (door open) button on the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel....... it does nothing and wont budge
i don't know anybody who knows about these doors or where i can take it
i cant shut it at all, apart from using a ratchet strap to hold it locked from the inside

i`m willing to pay if someone can sort it!
id like it to work properly!
even when it was working, it never shut properly... you always had to give it a bit of a helping hand when it had almost finished closing
if you didn't help it, it would make a horrendous tapping noise and not line up properly when it did shut

any ideas? any ex parcel force mechanics on here? or whats the company that made these doors for Parcel force vehicles?

i`m based in Oxfordshire, on the borders of Wiltshire
i don't mind traveling to someone who knows for certain they can fix it ;)
