hey i have a 1999 (early model) ford f-450 7.3 power stroke. the problem i am having is somehow somewhere oil is being sucked out of the engine and going into the fuel tank. i had this problem about a month ago and i had the truck plugged in and tested and it said fuel injectors 1 and 3 were the problem. i bought new injectors and had them put in. it was fine after that until now... a month later. i cant find anything on what it could be, does anybody have any experience with this situation? please help me! thank you.

The only place oil can leave the engine and go to the fuel tank is through on injector o-ring. High oil pressure is leaking into the fuel return. you either have another bad injector or an o-ring was pinched and has just let go enough to leak past.

ran across the same thing on a service truck i used to drive ,put 3 sets of injector o rings in it and two or three injectors in it and finally found that the head was cracked between number 2 and number 3 replaced the head and it ran like a raped ape until it went smash smash against a cat 466e loader
