hey i have a 1999 (early model) ford f-450 7.3 power stroke. the problem i am having is somehow somewhere oil is being sucked out of the engine and going into the fuel tank. i had this problem about a month ago and i had the truck plugged in and tested and it said fuel injectors 1 and 3 were the problem. i bought new injectors and had them put in. it was fine after that until now... a month later. i cant find anything on what it could be, does anybody have any experience with this situation? please help me! thank you. |

The only place oil can leave the engine and go to the fuel tank is through on injector o-ring. High oil pressure is leaking into the fuel return. you either have another bad injector or an o-ring was pinched and has just let go enough to leak past. |

ran across the same thing on a service truck i used to drive ,put 3 sets of injector o rings in it and two or three injectors in it and finally found that the head was cracked between number 2 and number 3 replaced the head and it ran like a raped ape until it went smash smash against a cat 466e loader |
