Personnel: Meet associates, staff, subordinates, and managers.
Administration: Become familiar with business functions, systems and reporting methods. Set up voicemail and email.
Business: Address immediate needs and support initiatives in progress; identify opportunities and areas for action.
Partnerships: Meet and assess business relationships customers (internal/external).
Team: Focus on leadership and building rapport with team and customers.
Strategic Planning: Identify, analyze, and address key strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, core competencies and competitive advantage
Tactical Planning: Create communication plan. Define work-packages, timelines, feedback frequency, and passive or active reporting. Develop milestones/benchmarks for achieving objectives. Align performance goals to tactical success.
