I am a Wedding and Special Events pianist who is still relatively new in the field. I am about to send some promo materials to local catering directors and wanted some advice and info about:

1) What Catering Directors look for when they hire live musicians;
2) What a musician can do that would really turn you OFF;
3) The best thing a pianist could do to make a good impression, either with promo materials and/or when hired for an event;
4) Anything else you think it would be helpful for me to know!
