How did you get your start doing director of education work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Started as an instructor. Got involved in administration and worked hard. Took ownership and worked as a team member not just teach good but deliver. Stay positive and perform you will be offerred positions up the ladder. Do not ever whine or make negative comments about the company or your superiors.
