Foremost, the interview is about the interviewer and what they are looking for so be prepared with your questions about what they are looking for and the first 6 month strategy. Secondly, it is about what you have done and will bring to the table. As you know, there are clues in the job posting. After all the usual they will repeat the areas most important, such as, relationship builder, recruitment. There you will have many of the questions to prepare for.

Make your responses short, detailed and succinct. Have examples for all initiatives you highlighted in your resume.
