I took a transfer skills assessment and found out my strengths are communication, human relations and research & Planning. I want to work i a job were I can 't rely on my strengths instead of my weaknesses.

my weakness is in Organization, Management, Leadership and Work Survival. All of which, I focused on in the past.

This time around I want to deal with people in my work. I got a business admin and mgmt degree and looking to get a human degree this time.

It will be in social work, psychology, human relations, human resources or something like that.

Anyways, thanks for your help in clarifying the difference between human resources and human relations...
