Flexibility, creativity, problem-solving

Practice. Constantly reflect on your handling of situations and how the results may have been better. Results equal not only sales/marketing metrics, but the way you reacted and addressed the problem and implemented the solution; how would your stakeholders and peers describe how you handled the situation? What could you have done differently?
