A little constructive advice: It appears that you may not be ready to be a director. Please don't take this the wrong way, but if you don't know the questions that are going to be asked, then you are probably setting up yourself for failure even if you get the job. You may be better off finding a good mentor, if that mentor is not someone you work for.
