Be prepared to answer performance based questions. You should ask how your pay is calculated. Are you getting an over-ride? Do you get paid on the first dollar of sales or is there a threshold? Is the business up for sale?

the most important things to look for i believe are enthusiasm, confirming actual past successes , have they been training in anything recently - their ability to learn or wanting to learn. and are they used to successfully using systems in their roles to aid performance. www.globalkap.com is worth looking at.
