Everyday I go to work and there are stacks of pots and pans because my co-workers are too LAZY... So I have to bust my back trying to wash them all so that the prep cooks can prepare the food in the pans. Frantically rubbing the green pads on the freaking pans eats away at my skin. The soap water giving me pruny skin doesn't help at all too. I try to use latex gloves at times but they just cause my hand to cramp and water still gets inside of them. Does anybody have a suggestions?

Try using metal scrubbies if you are allowed to. That's what I use at work. Also if it's that hard to scrub them soak them in hot water for a min or spray them off

Try to use lotion. Not the fruity-smelling kind, try the badass hardcore lotions.
