Tips for a fairly new Dishwasher?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any sort of tips or advice for someone that has never had a dishwashing job before. I've been at it for about 7 months now, and while I feel I'm doing a good job(and I've been told I'm doing great by upper management), I always strive to improve. I'm just wondering if there are any tips, tricks, or bits of advice a more experienced dishwasher could pass on to newer ones like myself.
