This company is engaging in the most blatant kind of age discrimination imaginable!!! The company HR person contacted me about an upper middle management position. When I sent HR my resume, they actually e-mailed me back stating they were only accepting applicants with 7 to 15 years experience. When I confronted them about this very bad age discrimination, they just stated that was "just my feeling" and they had not violated the law. I said, I beg your pardon, but an acquaintance working for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission feels your statement was blatant age discrimination. If you are older, well qualified and turned down by this company, consider contacting an attorney.
