There are several DM positions on web which I applied but for some unknown reason I don't get any interviews. I have more than 15 years experience in higher level Management and worked only for large and well established organizations. I am flexible with relocation and salary. So can someone advice, what should I do to get the opportunity for next job?

You may want to take another look at your resume and cover letter. I suggest having a professional take a look at it and either make some changes or redo it. Good luck!
