What are the top 3 traits or skills every district manager must have to excel?

I would say the top 3 traits would be
1)you have to be a great Coach
2)Motivator
3)Ability to listen to, and apply new ideas to capitalize on consumer purchasing trends.

1-Consistency
2-Able to multi task- each day every shift
3- set yourself apart from your staff members
4- lead by example,, i.e. coaching
5- set obtainable and clear goals form your team
