I just interviewed with FL and it went well, they want me to go for a ride, which is fine, they said that all new bees start as fill in. Does anyone know the training that is involved?

I have applied for coke, Dr. Pepper, Budwieser, and pepsi, I have a class A CDL, 16yrs, former truck owner/operator, truck school grad, former US ARMY Honorably discharged Motor Transportation Soldier, why haven't I heard back from these people? I think I'm over-qualified! I don't have merchandice experience, but can learn, what am I doing wrong? These companies are making this way more complex then it really is!!!!

My hubby has applied to Pepsi and hasnt heard a word from them YET! He has about 10 driving experience and an acceptable driving records. Does anyone has any information on the Pepsi Bottling Group in Columbia, SC?
