I HAVE HAD MY LICENSE FOR LITTLE OVER 3 YEARS, I HAVE 2 INCIDENT WHICH I RECEIVED OUT OF SCHOOL, 3 YEARS AGO, I HAVE AT LEAST 12MONTH EXPERIENCE BUT, I HAVE NOT BEEN IN A TRACTOR IN YEAR AND A HALF, AND SEEING THAT THE LAST EMPLOYER WAS A TERMINATION, DIDN'T NOBODY WANT TO TOUCH, NOW ITS YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PRESENT EXPERIENCE HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING RETRAINED
