Companies NEVER to blame for bad driving record

How come companies are not ever the problem.... it's always the driver!
Last 2 companies I drove for the dispatchers tried to make me drive illegal.
Over hours or sub-standard equipment, and becasue I refused I'm looked at
as a REBEL or a job hop!

The one dispatcher was an alcoholic abused house wife, that never drove a truck, and this was for a big company not a ma and pa operation!

The other the guy never drove OTR and could schedule the loads and permits
and companies ask I why I left and I can't tell the truth, because thats
slinging mud , according to career builders.com.

It makes me think careerbuilders is in favor of forced dispating and lieing!
