I will say this if they happened on private property you can forget about police involvement. Also they cannot make you pay for a tire as a company driver, I have been driving for years and that's the first I ever heard that. been both a driver and owner operator, never paid for a tire. did they make you pay for other tires? these so called accidents would come up if you go to your insurance company and they pull your record. believe me your being screwed, send an explanation to DAC.. We are both white so, I don't think it's racial. I think this company needs to be investigated big time! The reason I gave notice was for family leave of which I gave my two weeks and have been home with my kids since this occurred back in 2008. Trying to get back out on the road and found out that Matt Handy decided to screw a mother of three. That's okay, because I know someone will see through this and hire me! Funny thing is I have my last pay stub still so how did I possibly quit under a load in Iowa when I live in Cali???
