Hi sory for mi bad english.

I moving to Texas and know how to operate excavator and bull dozers. Mi have 4 years experience and am a civil engineer. Pay is too little in Panama. I got a US VIsa and married an American woman. I want to know if I can get a job as an operator with out a drivers license?
