How do you go about getting dump truck work in the mines of east texas,or pipelines, it seems to me if your not in the little buddy system or big corporation you just dont have a honest chance. Does any have any answers?

Well I have been around east texas for 40 years and there are no mines here, just like there is no hallmark shipping in lake charles la. had to do a little reserch, but google hallmark shipping in lake charles la. They do not have a number or name in the phone book!

Owner operator with a 30 ft end dump on a Peterbilt. Been in the New Orleans area since Katrina but still fighting to get good work with the locals. I even leased a house here and it still didn't help. There is big money hauling sugar cane, but they won't let you do none of that. There is steady work hauling sand and gravel, but that is like pulling teeth trying to get that work. I am a hard worker and very reliable. Some people like the way I work but they can't keep me busy. I am looking for steady work, we also have an 85 yard tri-axle end dump high side and a walkingfloor trailer. If anyone knows any good work, would kindly appreciate it. You can e-mail me at - flesch5577@yahoo.com I am new to this sight and would really appreciate it if anyone can give me some leads. I would do the same if I could help someone.
